us for over 100 years. A lot of memories can be found in tiny
grooves, on spools of thin wire, or plastic ribbons coated with
rust. Yet so many voices from the past remain silent today
because of the lack of equipment on which to play them, and
because the recordings themselves are often in a delicate state
of repair after decades in basements, attics, or worse. And
that's where we come in.
Deep Sky Audio combines state-of-the-art digital restoration and
mastering tools with over 25 years experience in audio, music,
and broadcasting to offer unsurpassed results in restoration and
remastering, while offering exceptional value as well. Our work
spans a century of recording, from restoring early wax cylinders
to mastering commercial CD releases, and our customers include
libraries, universities, and broadcasters all across the country.
Whether a single LP album or a collection of historic reels, we
have the equipment, the tools, and the experience to do your job
safely and correctly. And since there are actual engineers behind
this website, if we don't have the equipment for your particular
project - we'll build it!
